Server Management

We allow you to focus on your core business operations while we manage those complex servers for you. This package includes services such as:

  • A system audit to document your architecture, infrastructure and suggest improvements
  • Technical support for your servers between the hours of 7:00AM and 6:00PM
    Security and bug patches
  • Monitoring network availability with alerts
  • Monitoring server disk usage, processor usage and load
  • Network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.).

At EPIC, if we are not doing the actual configuration, we can still manage the vendors contracted to do the job. Platinum Dedicated Support

With our dedicated IT management and support service; EPIC will deploy human resources to your site to work as part of your business operations. This means the EPIC employee(s) will operate based on the general working hours of your company. For Platinum Dedicated Support, EPIC will be fully responsible for the entire network infrastructure and supporting IT services. We will also manage vendors and provide IT recommendations where necessary.

Gold Select Support

Gold Support affords dedicated services with flexibility. If you do not need a dedicated EPIC staff at your site everyday during working hours, you still have the option of engaging our services to manage your entire infrastructure and IT services vendors. This means you can opt for “flexi-days” i.e., you select days of the week that you need the EPIC staff to be on site.

Silver On-Call Support

Silver On-Call Support represents services being provided when specifically needed. We will evaluate and resolve your current IT problems and provide billing based on the total number of hours worked. Therefore, you can choose to pay per hour, or you may opt to purchase in blocks of 40 hours at a discounted rate. Blocks purchased will be valid for 180 days from date of purchase. In addition, you will also have the option to purchase support days. We will also require a full week to understand the roles and responsibilities of the employee(s). Pricing will be negotiated on a per-contract basis.
