Donovan Morgan is the Managing Director of EPIC Technologies Limited, bringing extensive experience in information technology, IT strategy, business analysis, software project management, and strategic planning. 

As an IT Consultant and leader at EPIC since 2007, he has played a key role in guiding the company’s growth and supporting the delivery of practical, business-focused technology solutions.

Before co-founding EPIC, Donovan served as Information Technology Manager at Jamaica International Insurance Company Ltd., where he gained deep experience in managing IT operations and supporting business systems within the insurance sector. He holds both a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Electronics and a Master of Science in Computer-Based Management Information Systems from the University of the West Indies, Mona.

Beyond his professional work, Donovan has contributed to community development through his service as Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Portmore, with a focus on initiatives supporting children.

Dwain Donaldson is the Technical Director and Co-Founder of EPIC Technologies Limited, with over 18 years of experience in network administration, systems analysis, project management, application support, and business-focused IT solutions. With a strong foundation in information technology and business systems, Dwain has built his career around delivering practical, reliable, and strategically aligned technology solutions that help organizations operate more efficiently and position themselves for sustainable growth.

At EPIC Technologies, Dwain leads with the belief that technology, when implemented with precision and purpose, is one of the most powerful drivers of operational excellence. His work spans infrastructure design, ICT policy development, compliance frameworks, disaster recovery planning, client support, and the implementation of secure, scalable IT environments. Whether supporting local businesses or regional organizations, he is committed to building technology foundations strong enough to support each client’s ambitions.

Dwain holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University College of the Caribbean, where he graduated Cum Laude, as well as an Associate Degree in Management Information Systems. Beyond his professional work, he is passionate about mentoring youth, contributing to positive community development, and building meaningful connections through social engagement. He also enjoys squash.

Dwayne Walker is the Development Director at EPIC Technologies Limited, bringing extensive experience in software development, operations management, requirements analysis, team leadership, and business strategy. Since joining EPIC in 2007, he has contributed to the company’s growth through his leadership in software development, project execution, and the delivery of practical technology solutions that support client needs.

He holds a BSc in Computer and Management from the University of Technology, Jamaica, along with a Master Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University. His professional background includes leadership roles at Mist Ltd, Jamaica General Insurance, and Jamaica International Insurance Co., giving him a strong foundation across IT management, software development, and organizational operations.

Outside of work, Dwayne enjoys photography and spending time with family and friends.
